By downloading, accessing, or playing the Ice Fishing mobile game, or using any related browser-based demos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately uninstall the application, cease playing the demo, and discontinue all use of our services.

All content, features, and functionality within the app and website—including but not limited to game design, mechanics, artwork, graphics, text, and audio—are the exclusive property of Ice Fishing. Ice Fishing is a trademark of Ice Fishing. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any portion of the game without our explicit written consent.

3. In-App Purchases & Platforms

The full version of Ice Fishing and certain virtual items may be available for download or purchase through the Google Play store. All financial transactions are handled securely by the respective app store platform. We do not process or store payment details directly and are not responsible for billing errors, platform outages, or refund policies dictated by Google Play.

4. User Conduct

While enjoying our free browser demo or the full mobile game, you agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools designed to modify the intended game experience.
• Disrupt, overburden, or aid in the disruption of any servers used to support the game's leaderboards or multiplayer functions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other players' data, accounts, or the underlying game infrastructure.
